  A charge of £150.00 per person is payable once an offer has been accepted. This is for referencing, collating all information required and preparing the tenancy agreement. If a Guarantor is required a further charge of £36.00 is payable for each guarantor required. Guarantors will be referenced and will be required to sign a guarantor agreement prior to any tenancy agreement commencing.
